To enhance the operational efficiency of fume purifiers, theoretical analysis and calculations were conducted on the structure of electrostatic fume purification devices—including corona electrode characteristics, inter-electrode spacing, gas concentration, flow velocity, and fume properties—leading to the design of a practical high-voltage power supply for fume purifiers. The high-efficiency operation of high-voltage electrostatic fume purifiers requires a stable DC voltage from the high-voltage power supply. This power supply features a built-in intelligent control module that automatically matches the high-voltage electric field module, with spark protection, arc protection, short-circuit protection, and a display screen for real-time voltage and current readings.

As the power source and control system for commercial kitchen fume purifiers, high-voltage power supplies are widely used in fume purification equipment across various food service establishments.

On the right side of the fume purifier, an outer shell is fixedly connected. The right side of the shell is hinged with a cabinet door. Inside the shell, the power supply unit is installed. Both the top and bottom of the power supply unit are fixedly connected with connection plates. The outer side of the connection plates is fixedly connected with compression springs, which are in turn fixed to the inner wall of the shell. Rubber blocks are fixedly connected on the left side inside the shell and on the left side of the cabinet door. The interior of the shell is equipped with a dehumidification mechanism, a limiting mechanism, and a ventilation mechanism. This utility model, by incorporating the shell and cabinet door, prevents external objects from directly colliding with the high-voltage power supply. It utilizes compression springs, connection plates, and rubber blocks to limit and dampen vibrations, reducing the impact of vibrations on internal components and enhancing the protective capability of the chassis.
